With over 30 years of experience in the industry and more than a decade specialising in Pilates, Joyce’s journey has been one of constant learning and passion. Her fitness career began long before Pilates entered her life, but once she discovered the power of this practice, she knew it was her true calling.

Joyce is certified at Level 3 in group Pilates and is also a qualified Pilates personal trainer. Her teaching style focuses on core strength, posture, and breath control, helping her students develop strong foundations that extend beyond the mat. Joyce’s classes are all about working from the centre, ensuring that every movement is purposeful and effective.
