We're all about looking after your body which is why you can find nutritious, fresh juices, shots (not that kind... JUICE shots!), smoothies and protein shakes in our shop! And our mouths are watering just thinking about this one! 

This delicious combination of beetroot, apple, lemon and cinnamon is not only tasty but also contains many health benefits!

Rich in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, an excellent source of vitamin C and flavonoids, which are antioxidents (anti-cancerogenic) but also helps fight bacterial and fungal infections!

Apple: 
Apples are incredibly nutritious and have many health benefits. They are rich in fibre (aids digestion!) and antioxidants. Eating them has been linked to a lower risk of many chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Studies have linked apple consumption with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, which may be related to the cholesterol-lowering effect eating apples can have. Apples boost your immune system as they contain Vitamin C. Apples have even been found to help prevent Alzheimers disease.

Beetroot is fantastic for controlling blood pressure levels and is very high in fibre, contributing to a healthy digestive system. Beets are high in; Folate (tissue growth), Manganese (essential trace element), Potassium (heart health), Iron (healthy blood cells), Vitamin C (immune and skin health).

Lemon is not only refreshing and delicious in juices, it is an excellent source of Vitamin C and Flavonoids (antioxidants) this means they assist in protecting your body from cancer. Lemon also lowers the risk of a stroke and can control blood pressure. Lemon promotes a healthy complexion, supports weight loss and boosts your immune system. Lemon also increases your iron absorption which helps with anaemia.
