We offer a variety of weekly classes, including Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, both in-person in our beautiful studio upstairs and online. When you're not flowing on the mat, you can join our new Juice Bar - Yogi Bowls, open Monday - Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 4pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 4pm, or shop online with worldwide shipping starting at just £4.95.
